Per Kalsa
Per Kalsatind is a mountain in the municipality of Bodø, Northern Norway. It has its name from the raindeer hurder, Per Gustav Karlson, that found a flock of lost sheep here sometime in the 17´th century. Today it is a popular mountain for mountain trekking in summer and can have some epic skiing in winter.
We started our skiing trip up the mountain in the middle of the night to be able to catch skiing down the mountain in soft morning light. It worked out well despite the strong winds and minus 30 degrees Celsius.
